Refund policy

We want you in a hat that actually gets worn.

Unused hats in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the hat price. Worn hats cannot be returned, except if they arrive damaged or we sent the wrong one.

Email grassyhats@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll tell you where to send it. Return shipping is on you unless we made the mistake.
